If you are not satisfied with our product you may return them, unwashed and unused, within 30 days of purchase. When they have been returned, our company will reimburse you the full price of the Bendanas. Shipping and Handling costs are not reimbursed. Whether you have paid via check/money order or through PayPal, you will be issued a check from Bendanas for the merchandise within 10 business days.
